For technical issues, installation problems, or licensing help, email help@kaizenstrategic.ai. Include your OS, DAW version, plugin format (VST3/AU/AAX/Standalone), and steps to reproduce the issue.

For refunds: you may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date. Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Common issues

  • Plugin not appearing in your DAW: install the correct format and run a plugin rescan in your DAW preferences.
  • macOS security warnings on beta builds: use right-click and open, or run the installer script from Terminal.
  • Licensing or purchase questions: include your purchase email and receipt details so support can locate your order quickly.
